I've been fighting with @Storify all day. Bookmarklet just won't work in Chrome, and can't get everything to appear in search. :(
@Storify Hiya! Possible bug -- used notify feature, one told me she wasn't quoted. I *think* I deleted her quoted tweet before notifying.
I have worked on the same story over and over and over again. I'm doing everything exactly the same way as I've done it before. While I'm working on it, Storify does not allow me to save. It gives me great difficulty retrieving links. When I drag a link into my story, it leaves a ghost link that can't be moved without left clicking and then deleting it one node at a time. After I finally just said screw it and hit publish. Nothing apparently happened. But then I went to my profile and voila there's my story ... or at least parts of it. Some of the links are there, in the wrong order, with none of the text I inserted in between. I have wasted hours on this. Can you please tell me what is happening and how to fix it? I would love to see better tech support on the website. This seems like a reasonable question to have on FAQs, but I couldn't find anything so specific.
This is just an FYI… I just checked on one of the Toronto Star’s Storifys today and deleted a number of comments. Two had “shit” and “asshole” in them, another was from someone who said they didn’t like gay people, and another one attacked someone whose tweet I had pulled into the Storify. You obvious can’t see the deleted comments anymore, but this is the Storify if you’re interested.
